These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tayler Made Property Management Systems software and website operated by TMADE INC ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at Support@taylermadesys.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription. Trial accounts that are not converted to paid accounts may have their data retained for 90 days before deletion.

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice to existing subscribers.

Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 30 days. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Your Data

You retain full ownership of all data you input into the Service. We do not claim any ownership rights over your data. You grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Legal Document Templates

The lease agreements, demand letters, eviction notices, and other legal document templates provided in the Service are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice. You should consult a licensed attorney before using any legal document in connection with a real tenancy.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service includes AI-powered features that generate content such as rental listing ads and lease previews. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-generated content before use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TMADE INC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fort Bend County, Texas.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
